Case Family in Hong Kong

Quick Tour of the Case’s Flat

Posted in Daily Life Blurbs by jpcase01 on October 3, 2010

Ever wondered what a spacious flat on Hong  Kong island looks like?  Here you go.  A few people have been asking how we’ve settled into the new place so I thought I’d give a quick tour.  Yes, it’s small, very small, almost embarrassingly small by U.S. standards, if only you knew how much we have to pay for rent, you’d think we were crazy.  Being that Louisville is the most affordable housing market in the U.S. I like to explain it to people like this, we could get 4 times the square footage in Louisville for 1/2 the price we pay here in HK.  But hey, you wouldn’t get the wonderful smells Kennedy Town (I call it Stinky Town) has to offer… ;-).
