Chinese Statue of Liberty

I was out at the Chinese University of Hong Kong last week and saw the Chinese Statue of Liberty.  I’m not sure how much you might know about the Nobel Peace Prize being awarded to a Chinese dissident, but it’s pretty interesting.  I don’t necessarily agree with everything about the whole universal values proposition but I don’t have any problems with giving them a voice.  Here’s to slow and steady progress in mainland China:
